Agoge Business Systems (ABS) is operated by Agoge Limited, Lagos, Nigeria. This page explains what information ABS handles and why.
Businesses that use ABS
When you create an account we keep your name, email address and the details of the businesses you set up, so you can sign in and work with your team.
People who contact a business through ABS
When you send an enquiry through a business's ABS form, web chat or WhatsApp number, that business receives your name, phone number, email address (if given), your answers and your messages. The business uses them to respond to your enquiry. ABS stores this information for the business and does not sell it or use it to advertise to you.
To understand typed answers, the text of your messages may be processed by an AI service (OpenAI) on our behalf. It is not used to train their models.
When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account to ABS through Meta, ABS receives the messages sent to that number and sends replies on the business's behalf. The connection can be removed at any time from Lead Manager → Setup, or from Meta Business Settings.
Where information is kept
Information is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) and protected by access controls.
Deleting your information
If you contacted a business through ABS, ask that business to delete your enquiry, or email hello@theagogecompany.com with the phone number or email address you used and we will delete it within 30 days. Business owners can delete their data, or disconnect WhatsApp, from their ABS account, or email us for full account deletion.
