Terms of service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply to Agoge Business Systems (ABS), provided by Agoge Limited, Lagos, Nigeria ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ABS you agree to them. If you use ABS for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Owners and administrators decide who can access their business in ABS and are responsible for what their team does there.
Using ABS properly
You agree not to use ABS to:
- send spam, or message people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you;
- break the law, or WhatsApp's and Meta's Business and Commerce policies;
- collect information you are not entitled to, or use it for something the person did not expect;
- interfere with ABS or try to access other businesses' information.
We may suspend accounts that do, to protect the people you contact and other users.
Your information and your customers' information
The enquiries, contacts and messages in your business belong to you. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact the people you reach through ABS, and for answering their requests about their information. We handle this information as described in our privacy policy, and only to run ABS for you.
WhatsApp and other connected services
When you connect WhatsApp or another service, you also accept that service's own terms. Meta may charge for some WhatsApp messages; any such charges are yours. We are not responsible for outages or decisions made by those services, such as a number being restricted.
AI assistance
Some features use AI to read replies and draft questions. Check what it produces: suggestions and lead scores help you decide, they do not decide for you.
Plans and payment
Some products are free and others are paid by subscription, based on use. Prices are shown before you choose a paid plan. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Changes and availability
We keep improving ABS, so features may change. We aim to keep it running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We will tell you in advance about important changes to these terms.
Liability
ABS is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using ABS and ask us to delete your business at any time. We may end these terms if they are seriously broken. Nigerian law applies to these terms.
